The Album Project

At the start of October 2014 Beat Bazaar launched a community album project, funded by Trafford Housing Trust Community Panels, which enables emerging artists, musicians and producers from the community to collaborate, write and record their own original songs and work towards a release quality album collaboration

The project is lead by a team of local music professionals including singer songwriter and vocal coach Sylvia Tella, multi skilled producer and youth leader Stephen ‘Diemond’ Williams; Musician and producer Lorien Edwards; Music manager Ottilia Ördög .The Project is working with a team of emerging producers and trainee engineers: Omari aka O dot, Rahman Kebbie, Ezekiel Taylor, Dagga G, DJ Void plus budding cameraman Morgan Eccleston.

The artists featuring on the album include Empress Asher, Fitz, G-Host, Angeli, Che3kz,  Wyatt, Empress, Natty G, Bedos, Jenni Shield, Gman & Courts, Vuyo Makhoba, Amy Faulner

The participants will also perform their new songs live with a live band at the Beat Bazaar Showcase due to take place in January at 1 Primrose Street Ancoats

The album will be dropping in 2016. Watch This Space.
