We are pleased to support Mahdlo Youth Zone in Oldham with their Music Cultures Project, connecting them with professional artists and musicians from diverse cultures. Over the next few weeks there will be several workshop taking place on Mondays.

- Monday 5th July 7pm-8.30pm Zither Workshop with Gyopár Pávai
The project aims to deliver:
- workshop to explore music heritage, oral history research through diverse ethnicities and music genres.
- Provide Positive and alternative experiences through music
- Use music as a tool to reduce conflict between ethnic groups and increase cultural understanding
- Provide opportunities for young people to gain new music skills
- Follow-up sessions with our young people and music youth worker to interpret what has been learnt through the interviews
