The Spark Music Business Programme is a structured training programme for budding musicians and creatives aged 16-30 from around the borough of Trafford, who wish to develop their career in the music and creative industries. The project will provide panel discussions, group workshops as well as one to one sessions. The training will cover a broad range of disciplines from the music business including A&R, PR, radio production and promotion, music production, event management, integrating employability, freelancing, enterprise and money skills , ensuring that each participant gains a broad grounding and basic knowledge in every area. In addition to the training sessions, eligible participants will also be offered free studio time to create an industry standard demo in a professional recording studio.
